After one registrant has filled out their information and selected their registration package, the Registration Review page will feature an Add Registrant button.
Have everyone in your group register individually up to the Payment Step.
- DO NOT have any of your group members make payments when they arrive at this page/step.
Once everyone in the group has registered, contact us at https://hmpevents.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the following information:
- Meeting Name and Group Discount in the subject.
- List of the registrants in your group in the form description box.
We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send you the updated invoices.
