Would you like to learn how you can claim your credits?

1. Step 1: Access the HMP ConferencesApp, and do the following:

   Step 2: Click on Claim CE on the bottom navigation bar.

   Step 3: Complete the evaluations for the sessions that you attended.

   Step 4: Select the type of Credit Statement/Certificate that you need from the drop-down list (CME, CNE, etc.).

   Step 5: Download/Print your statement or certificate of credit.

   NOTE: If you require multiple statements/certificates, repeat Step 2.

   Keep your statement/certificate for your records. You will not receive another copy.

   For eligibility to receive documentation of your credit[s] for each session you attended, you must do the following (all within 60 days of the live activity):

   • Engage in the full activity.
   • Complete the online general survey.
   • Complete the online evaluation form for each session.
   Once the above steps are completed, you may immediately print your documentation of credit[s].
